Purple Sea Moss is a type of sea moss that is known for its unique purple color. Purple Sea Moss can be taken orally by consuming 1-2 tablespoons daily. It can also be easily blended into smoothies, oatmeal, and soups. Additionally, it can be used as a face or hair mask.
