Purple Sea Moss is a type of sea moss that is known for its unique purple color. It contains powerful antioxidants called anthocyanins, which are commonly found in blue and purple fruits or vegetables. Purple Sea Moss can be taken orally by consuming 1-2 tablespoons daily. It can also be easily blended into smoothies, oatmeal, and soups. Additionally, it can be used as a face or hair mask.
